Our Services

Preliminary Analysis

In this phase, we identify the available resources and the client’s demands. The architectural program is defined and the basic criteria necessary for the feasibility of the construction is studied, defined and assigned.

Preliminary architectural design

In this phase, we delve into the client’s needs program in order to interpret it and translate it into an initial building design that will represent the project’s style. This is when we create the floor plans, the 3D modeling and the rendering.

Construction blueprints

We will be responsible for the design and drawing of the architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical blueprints. This is an interdisciplinary phase in which diverse professionals participate in and it includes civil or construction engineers, electrical engineers, mechanical engineers and architects.

Turnkey construction

We are responsible for the complete development of the project, from its preliminary studies to the delivery of the completed work. A turnkey contract is a method in which the client hires a project on a fixed amount, which translates into a fixed price and turnaround time. The contractor is responsible for purchasing materials, hiring workers, renting machinery, keeping order and cleanliness, etc.

Financial and cost-benefit analyses

When dealing with an investment project with the purpose of generating profits for our client, we can aid directing the project on a constructive level alongside a financial analysis to achieve the desired profitability.

Financing

In case our client requires it, we can be an ally in the search for additional funding either through the national banking system or through private investors.
